heh, thanks for the comment ^_^ sorry..don't have any good tutorials..just try brush - > smudge -> sharpen tool..i'll explain ya how to make them that way (if i remember right..it's over a year ago i made clouds that way) if you want..*has to do something for school now T_T

Thanks for the comment and fav. I made the earth using a bunch of textures and brushwork, some filters and layer effects. Not a random process though, I followed a tutorial on DeviantArt by dincytis if I remember correctly :P
